Dekaron OBT starts today

Yes, the Dekaron SEA Open Beta Testing (OBT) starts today and ends on September 23 (if everything goes well--earlier if it doesn't).

Expecting the worst

Based from my experience during the Closed Beta Testing (CBT) phase, I'm expecting the following:

• Disconnections
• Lag
• A lot of people running around leveling up so they can be considered "legends" when the game goes commercial.

So far, all three happened. LOLZ! Anyway, this IS still in its infancy stages, so we can probably expect the game to get better as the OBT rolls on.

More SEA players please!

What I'm really hoping is more Malaysian (MY) and Singaporean (SG) players to join. I know we'll always have an abundant population of Pinoy players, but an inclusion of other nationalities will the game more depth than it already has.

I'm just not sure what Mobius did to advertise the game overseas. From my searching the web it's mostly commenting and inviting MY and SG forumers to try the game out. Unfortunately from their replies they weren't that impressed and kept on saying it was just 2moons using a different name.

Plans for this blog

So what do I plan with this blog? Well, I hope to place the following in it:

• Guide quests
• Builds
• Community concerns
• Personal opinions on the game

Some people may claim that you 2moons already has a guide and all I'm doing is reinventing the wheel. Granted that maybe true, but this is Dekaron SEA; Mobius no doubt had changed some things to suit the market, and if we follow 2moons we might get lost on some quests.
